The Cank Street Gallery Leicester's city centre opens its walls every summer to the local artistic community, giving established and emerging artists an opportunity to 'show off' their talent.  In 2017 over two hundred artists entered almost 400 works for the competition.  The gallery walls are hung salon style, aiming to show as many works as possible. The gallery have sold over 50 pieces and the exhibition continues to 15th July 2017
